We know this because we work closely with the Stormwater Division of Cape Coral.  This is a big misconception about residential culverts. Homeowners are responsible for all maintaining their culvert as it is on private property.

NO, our process does not damage the swale or surrounding landscaping. It is basically "touchless". We vacuum all debris from both sides of the culvert into the debris tank. We use the latest technology of high-pressure hydro-blasting with a high-powered vacuum excavator to loosen and remove all debris. The area will be wet from the hydro-blasting but that is expected.
